Network Couriers operates a specialized, set-run style service to many businesses in the Perth metro and outer suburbs. We visit most areas twice per day, once in the morning and again in the afternoon with the exception of Mandurah and Mundaring which is only once per day with the exception of some outer areas.

Terms and Conditions

1.Network Couriers and/or there independent contractors are not common carriers as per carriers act. A copy can be found - “Western Australian Consolidated Acts”. All goods carried or stored by Network Couriers and it’s contractors or subcontractors are subject to these conditions.

2.Network Couriers and any Subcontractor are entitled to subcontract out on any terms to any part of the consignment.

3.Insurance on goods will only take effect upon the written request via mail or electronic mail for specific items of carriage and the customer agrees to pay the insurance premium.

4.All goods for carriage must be packed and labelled appropriately and in a manner to withstand normal carriage conditions. Items that are fragile should be marked as such.

5.Network Couriers must be notified in advance of any freight that may be considered dangerous, explosive or flammable. Network Couriers do not carry fresh food, dangerous goods or cash without a prior request to supply these specific services.

6.All invoices are due 7 days from date of invoice. All payments must be made by the due date.

7.Account or freight discrepancies must be advised in writing to our office within 30 Days of receipt of invoice. A late payment fee of 5% to overdue invoices may be applied.

8.Network Couriers has implemented it’s Privacy Policy to keep all personal information whether customer, employee, supplier or contractor private.
